SCRUTON CUP HISTORY

This tournament started in 1948 and has been contested between competitors of the York Conservative Club Leagues. The event was funded by the Faber Shield until 2000, when Hair Flicks sponsored the event. Since 2002, the event has been under the sponsorship of Tayrol Ltd.
